The Director General of Public Security sponsors the graduation of Civil Defense College students 2025.

Under the patronage of Public Security Director Major General Dr. Obaidallah Maaytah, the directorate celebrated today, Monday, at the Royal Cultural Center, the graduation ceremony of the 21st batch of students specializing in Emergency Medical Services, the 10th batch of students specializing in Firefighting and Rescue Techniques, and the first batch of students specializing in Prevention and Public Safety Techniques from the Civil Defense College.
In his speech, Major General Al-Maaytah congratulated the graduating students, wishing them well on joining their colleagues in the field. He emphasized that the Public Security Directorate will continue to train them and support colleges and training institutes in developing their plans to meet needs and contribute to achieving our strategic goals of strengthening the civil defense system, the efficiency of which we have come to take pride in. He also praised the efforts of the teaching and administrative staff in graduating civil defense personnel capable of contributing with professionalism and distinction.
In his speech, the Dean of the Civil Defense College praised the support provided by the Public Security Directorate to enhance the college's academic role in training civil defense ambulance, firefighting, rescue, prevention, and public safety personnel, enabling them to fulfill their duties, which are directly related to human life and safety.
The graduation ceremony was attended by the Vice President of Balqa Applied University for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Khaled Al-Zoubi, the Advisor to the President of Balqa Applied University, Professor Dr. Hussein Al-Sarhan, and the Director of Civil Defense, Brigadier General Dr. Mohammed Al-Omari.
The graduates also swore loyalty to the homeland, the king, and the constitution, to uphold laws and regulations, to perform their assigned duties with honesty and sincerity, and to implement legitimate orders without bias or discrimination.
At the end of the ceremony, which was attended by military and civilian officials, a large number of Public Security personnel, and the graduates' families, the host distributed certificates to the graduates and awards to those who deserved them.
